What could be better than living a life in complete peace in where we are? This is something which I have had a taste of. This peace comes from knowing that where we are and what we are doing is in the plan of our Lord. His plan is more intricate than our human brains could ever understand and this only comes out of His love for us. Knowing the love of Jesus for us both by what he did for us on the cross and by His constant presence in our lives every day brings us to understand that we can expect nothing less than the best from our father.
I am by no means perfect and am still a baby in my walk with the Lord, but what I know is that only by His grace through faith have I been saved and this fire and longing in my heart for Him has been ignited by Jesus himself. I am here to honor that miracle which has been done in my heart and to treasure it and guard it with all I have. Above this, I want to nurture it for it to grow so that one day I will be able to be used by the Lord in whatever way he has set out for me. I know the responsibility that comes with the revelation that he places in each of our hearts and I want to know that when He places me in a situation, my life may be His letter - my life, which I desire to be continually changed and worked by the power of the cross, the same power which resurrected Jesus from the dead.
The Lord has given each of us gifts! Some may use their gifts to glorify themselves, others to glorify Him who gave them to us. I want to be able to not only glorify Him through the gift that I have been given, but also to give Him my life so that He may use me fully in the way he has planned. This gift I pray will allow Him to open doors for Him to speak through me and testify to others of His love and salvation. With a pure heart and pure intentions and motivations of using these gifts for His purposes, I believe He will see our hearts and lives on the altar before Him and continue to pour out His grace on us as we trust Him for the direction in our lives. All things turn to the good for those who love the Lord. What a joy to have the peace of God in our hearts, knowing that we are doing His will and in constant relationship with Him as His children!
“And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through him to God the Father.” (Colossians 3:17).

Hi Kelly - It is truly amazing to read this article of yours. Glad to see that you are using one of the gifts God has given you. I thank Him for what he has so obviously done in your life and I look forward to hearing more of your progress in Him.
I am certain that the pages God is busy writing in the book of your life have already impacted your close friends and family for eternity. Remember the climax to a good book has to be much better than the first chapter. Jesus left the best wine for last. Just keep surrendering those pages to His print and strangers will be touched for His glory.
My prayer for you is found in Ephesians 3:14-21
Blessings!
