Our main mission at that time was to mobilize as many pastors as possible for the conference. We had to let as many pastors as possible know that there was a conference taking place. Our first line of attack was to have an opportunity to present the vision of ctmi to as many papas, or church community leaders. Let them know what ctmi is and what were our goals and motivations. Sadly enough rumours had already started going around that we did not have clear intensions, the enemy always finds a way to sow doubt. But, by God’s grace He lead us to speak clearly to as many leaders as possible so that they would allow “their” pastors to come and so that they may also come. We tried to see as many leaders as we could in all the main three cities, Buea, Douala and Yaounde. We also had opportunities to speak on the radio, being interviewed and also to announce the conference. We grabbed every opportunity to which we believed would be of benefit, for example we went to the general assemblies of numerous denominations, including pentecostal, evangelical, baptist and revival churches. I cant possibly explain each one but i assure you we had good times, interesting times and sometimes some hard times, but what a joy to participate in the work of the Lord.
